All of our candles are carefully made by hand, hence there may be slight imperfections and variations between each individual piece
things to note
do note that we have limited stocks of our candles and our production lead time is about 3-5 days to ensure that the candles is well-made. hence, for any urgent orders, do drop us an instagram dm or email before purchasing
return/refund policies
we do our best to ensure that your candles reach you in good condition, but sometimes they can be damaged during the shipping process. however, our products are non-refundable but our team will do our best to find the best solution. for any request do send us an email dailyscentsco@gmail.com with the following:
1. screenshot of the receipt/order number
2. photographs of the packaging and candle(s)
shipping
we are currently based in sunny singapore — shipping would take up a week after placing your orders. occasionally, there may be a delay due to a shortage of manpower, but we will do everything we can to ensure it reaches you in a timely manner :)
we may work towards international orders in the near future, so do keep a lookout!

pick-ups
pick-ups are at yio chu kang mrt, every monday from 530pm-6pm. once your order is ready for pick-up, we will contact you through whatsapp :-)

our candle precautions are written on the back of our cards included in your packages. however, if you have misplaced them, you can always view them in our instagram highlights
